I figured I had nothing to lose. This is absolutely the best decision I have ever made. I went from 208 to 168.


You may be right with “exercise won't make you thin” point. I work out really hard. I run seriously 4-5 times a week. Still, even with that and all the exercise, I do not lose weight. It doesn’t seem fair. When I ran a marathon, I only lost 5 pounds and that was after 4 months of heavy training. I finally started eating real foods and have gotten off of artificial sweeteners. I want to eat healthy real foods. I would appreciate any thoughts.


What used to bother me the most was that I was an avid swimmer nearly 7 days a week and still struggled with weight.

If your stomach is not full when you go to sleep, your body will be burning fat at night.
