How I lost 91 pounds and successfully kept them off 

Losing weight can be achieved  without exercise and without being hungry: you can do it too 


My name is Mark R. and I lost 91 pounds in about 18 months. I lost weight and continue to manage my weight by changing the way I eat.

I started the website you are visiting now,, in September of 2010 to talk about my weight loss.

I don’t sell or promote any products or services on this website.

It is my humble attempt to try to help people for whom losing weight seems to be an impossible task. When I see overweight people, I feel extreme empathy and desire to help.

My passion is empowering people to make real changes that lead them to lasting weight loss.

I have posted a few thoughts of mine, allowing friends and strangers to follow along as I lost weight. A number of behavioral and eating strategies that have worked for me may also work for you.
